About Me

Rev. Dr. Tumuhimbise Jasper is a Governance Expert with in-depth understanding of Uganda's political economy and governance structures. With over 30 years of professional experience in capacity building in Governance, Strategic Planning, and democracy building in an African context.

He holds a PhD in Education Administration and Management, and is a professional Statistician with Master's degrees in Ethics & Public Management from Makerere University and a Master of Divinity degree from Uganda Christian University.

Currently, he serves as the Group CEO of the Church Commissioners Holding Company Ltd (CCHCL), heading the Investment Arm of the Church of Uganda and directly supervising the Holding Company and four of its subsidiaries.
